We are a community-focused fitness centre located in Glossop, England, dedicated to helping people of all ages and fitness levels improve their physical fitness and well-being. Our workouts are designed to be constantly varied and high intensity, using functional movements and a variety of equipment to challenge the body in different ways.
Our coaching staff are highly trained and experienced in the CrossFit methodology and are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our members. We offer classes for all fitness levels, as well as personal training and nutrition coaching to help our members reach their goals.

Coach Steve is a passionate and experienced fitness professional who has been leading CrossFit classes for several years. He has an extensive background of teaching various sports and is a certified CrossFit coach with a deep understanding of the CrossFit method and its benefits for physical fitness and health.
Steve has always had a love for sport and fitness and has a real desire to help others reach their goals. He has experience coaching people of all fitness levels and has a talent for making complex movements accessible to beginners, while still providing a challenging workout for more advanced athletes. His positive attitude, encouragement, and ability to lead a class with energy makes him a popular choice among members of CrossFit Glossop.
In addition to his experience in CrossFit, Steve also has a background in other sporting domains, having played professional football for many years and also running sister company Peak Active Sport. He is able to combine all of this experience to provide a well-rounded coaching style and create personalised programmes that help members achieve their goals.
Steve is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive community at CrossFit Glossop and is always willing to go the extra mile to help members reach their full potential.
Tim is a very passionate individual when it comes to all things fitness. He’s always willing to pass on his experience to members, helping them achieve more and develop their own CrossFit.
Tim can be found in the gym most days, usually repping his clothing brand 1st Rep. Tim is also very accustom to the competition floor, as this drives his own personal ambitions and in turn inspires others to push themselves in and out of the gym.
As a CrossFit Level 1 coach, Tim echoes the methodology and demonstrates these methods in his own coaching style.
Heading into his 40's Emmet was a running and cycling endurance athlete but found his way to CrossFit having heard on a podcast about its injury prevention benefits.
Emmet loves to use his fitness to push himself outside the normal gym environment, he believes firmly in the idea that CrossFit is there to make you better at life.
Always happy to talk about MINDSET and how discipline beats motivation, he thinks the most important part of CrossFit's "Fitness in 100 Words" is to learn and play new sports.
Danny has been heavily involved in the fitness industry for many years. Growing up he was a keen footballer, but once that stopped, he lost that competitive edge in his own fitness. He moved on to running marathons and started competing in triathlons, however, it wasn't until he found CrossFit that really got the fire burning once more.
He loves the nature of being able to track progress with scores and times, helping towards his own progressions within the sport.
Over the years Danny has worked with 100's of people supporting them with exercise and nutrition. He's a BIG believer in the methodology of CrossFit and how important it is to move regularly and consistently, plus the impact it has on your mindset.
A valued member of our amazing community and an outstanding athlete. Paddy has been a member of CFG from the beginning and has been competing in CrossFit for several years. He has a real eye for detail, and brings professionalism, a wealth of knowledge and a meticulous edge to achieving the best outcomes for all our members.
A real team player and a brilliant role model, he loves working with absolute beginners to those athletes who are regularly competing in CrossFit competitions. There’s nothing he won’t tackle and loves the challenge of passing on his skills to better people in the gym.
Christina, aka Tink, is one of the OG's at CFG and has been a valued member since we opened the doors back in May 2023.
An avid fitness enthusiast who makes challenging things look easy! Tink has always been involved in fitness and understands the benefits of a healthy lifestyle from both a physically and mentally perspective.
Her fun loving character, plus kind and caring nature, will be on full show once in the driving seat. Expect a few jokes here and there but be prepared to work hard as Tink will give you 100% and she'll want nothing less back in return!
With her infectious attitude, Tink always brings out the best in our members. She’ll go above and beyond to make your session ‘the best hour of your day’.
Jordan has awesome knowledge in both gymnastics skills and weightlifting expertise.
This epic combination, alongside years of experience, supports our members development and enforces movements are being taught to the highest technical standard.
Jordan is also a great advocate for personal growth and loves competing in local and national fitness/CrossFit competitions. He’s a true believer that you get out what you put in!
You’ll find Jordy taking classes on Wednesday morning and weekends also.
